Mofax is a hosting platform for web apps. You upload a project (a zip, or a single HTML file) and we deploy it to a public URL with HTTPS, optional access controls, and the supporting infrastructure to keep it running.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure, don't share login credentials, and keep your email address current so we can reach you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, tell us right away.

You agree not to use Mofax to:

• Break any law that applies to you or to your visitors.
• Host malware, phishing pages, spam infrastructure, or content that exists primarily to harass or harm someone.
• Send unsolicited bulk email, run a proxy network, or mine cryptocurrency on our infrastructure.
• Try to compromise other tenants' data, our systems, or the third-party services we depend on.
• Reverse engineer the platform to clone it. (You can host whatever you want onMofax. Don't copy Mofax itself.)

If we believe your usage violates this list, we may take the content down. For clear violations we'll act immediately and notify you. For ambiguous cases we'll reach out first.

We work hard to keep Mofax reliable, but we don't guarantee uptime, performance, or that any specific feature will keep working. Don't use Mofax for anything where downtime or data loss would cause real harm (medical decisions, life safety, financial transactions you can't reverse).

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mofax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may change these terms. If we change something material, we'll email registered users. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We may change pricing, add or remove features, or discontinue the service entirely. If we shut something down that you depended on, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

You can delete your account any time from your account page. That tears down every app you've deployed and removes your data from our active systems. Backups roll off on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

We can also end your access if you breach these terms. If that happens we'll tell you why.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mofax is incorporated. Specifics will be in the final version of this page once the company entity is settled.
